1. Agreement Overview
By booking, paying for, or accepting services from The Waste Boys LLC (“Company”), you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Service Coverage
We serve Albuquerque and surrounding areas. For service locations more than 25 miles from Albuquerque, a distance-based fuel surcharge of approximately $50–$100 or more may apply depending on distance.
3. Waste Restrictions
The following materials are not permitted in our dumpsters:
- Bio-medical or infectious waste
- Firearms, ammunition, fireworks, or flares
- Propane tanks or pressurized containers
- Burn barrels, ashes, or hot materials
- Items containing mercury
- Pesticides, antifreeze, oils, or fuels
- Asbestos, paint, or car batteries
- Appliances containing refrigerants unless specifically approved
- Dead animals or remains
4. Additional Charges

5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide clear and safe access for dumpster delivery and pickup.
- Ensure all materials placed in the dumpster comply with the Company's waste restrictions.

Do not overload or move the dumpster.
Waste must not extend above the top edge of the dumpster.
- Notify The Waste Boys LLC of requested schedule changes at least 24 hours in advance.
6. Damage & Liability
Customers are responsible for damage to dumpsters while the equipment is on their property or job site. The Company is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping, lawns, underground utilities, or other surfaces resulting from dumpster placement when placement is made at the Customer's direction.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon booking. By providing a payment card, the Customer authorizes The Waste Boys LLC to charge applicable additional fees incurred under these Terms & Conditions, including overweight, extended rental, prohibited-item, overload, fuel, and other applicable service charges.
8. Agreement Confirmation
Service begins on the scheduled delivery date. Either party may cancel, reschedule, or terminate service with at least 24 hours notice. By booking, paying for, or accepting service the Customer confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
